Issue I267 [beta,resolved] FLY2 coordinates relative to not preserving. 20061102 Reported by markm In Beta14g (and d-f), in the *define particle *window you can only change *Coordinates relative to* with the *.Ion* file not the .*FLY* or *.FLY2. *With the* *.*FLY* or *.FLY2 *file the coordinates revert back to the original coordinates chosen. Resolved in 80beta14h-20061102.
