  Last field in ION file dropped if new-line or white-space missing
  at end of file.

  If there is not a new-line (or white-space) character at the end
  of an ION file, the last field on the last line (typically color)
  will be dropped.  This is fixed in 8.0.4-TEST12.

  Reported by dennisc-20070830.

  Affects 7.0 - 8.0.3.  Resolved in 8.0.4-TEST12.
