SIMION 8.0 Issues/Bugs/Enhancements

  Add line_distribution to FLY2 GUI

  In 8.0.4-TEST18, the "line_distribution" distribution has been
  added the GUI.  Previously this could only be input in text mode.

  Implemented in 8.0.4-TEST18.
